Yes. All modules share the same master data (items, customers, suppliers, employees, ledgers). A transaction in one module updates the others automatically - for example, a GRN updates stock and supplier liability, and a sales invoice updates stock, the customer ledger and GST registers.

Yes. Many customers begin with Purchase, Inventory and Accounts, then switch on HR, Production or Projects as they grow. Your existing data and masters carry over, so adding a module does not mean starting again.

Yes. Every module includes operational registers and summary reports - stock ledgers, purchase and sales registers, ageing analysis, trial balance, balance sheet, attendance and salary statements, project variance reports and more - built on live data rather than end-of-day batches.

Material is received through Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against purchase orders, and issued through material indents, direct issues and issue returns. Returnable Gate Passes (RGP) track material that leaves the premises and is expected back.

Yes. RyEMS generates PF reports including Forms 5, 10, 12, 3A and 6A, along with ESI reports, so statutory filings are prepared directly from payroll data.

Administrators create roles and grant access module by module and page by page. Each user sees only the menus and actions their role allows, and sensitive actions such as approvals are restricted to authorised users.

No hard limit. Pricing is per licensed user, and you can add users as your team grows. The Enterprise plan supports 50+ users with custom or unlimited user counts.

You do. Your business data belongs to your company. RyEMS processes it only to provide the service, and you can request an export of your data at any time.

Yes. Data is backed up regularly on our cloud infrastructure so it can be restored in the event of a failure, and RyEMS is designed for 99.9% uptime.
