This notice explains what personal data we collect when you apply for a job through our public portal or visit our website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is given under § 5 of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” / “UK GDPR”).
RyEMS is an enterprise platform operated by Tritan Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). When you submit a job application through our public portal, we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data we collect from you.
We collect only what we need to assess your application:

Fields not marked as required on the form are optional, and leaving them blank will not affect your application.
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you ticked the consent box on the application form (DPDP Act § 6). You are free to refuse, and you may withdraw your consent at any time — see section 6.
Applicant records and CVs are erased two years after you apply. If you are selected and join us, your record moves onto our employee retention schedule instead, and we will give you a separate notice at that point. If you withdraw your consent we erase your data straight away, without waiting for the two years to elapse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
Each of these acts as a Data Processor on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We are established in India, and your application is stored and processed in India. If you apply from outside India, you are providing your information directly to us there. Website analytics, where you allow it, is provided by Google LLC, which may process data in the United States; Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

If you applied to us, the acknowledgement we sent you includes a link that lets you withdraw your consent directly, without needing to contact anyone.
Please contact our grievance officer first, at [email protected]. If we do not resolve your complaint, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We do not accept job applications from anyone under 18. The DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent before a child’s personal data may be processed, and we are not able to obtain that through a public web form.
Our website uses only the cookies needed to run it (your session and your chosen company workspace) unless you agree otherwise. With your permission we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Until you choose “Allow analytics”, Google’s script is not loaded and Google is not contacted. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link; if you withdraw permission we remove the analytics cookies from your browser.
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in an access-controlled database. CVs are stored outside the public web area and can only be retrieved by authorised recruitment staff. Access is restricted by role and download activity is logged.
We are in the process of extending encryption at rest to cover identity and financial fields. We would rather tell you what is true today than describe a control we have not finished.

This policy is reviewed annually and whenever our processing changes materially. We record which version of this notice you consented to, so that a past consent can always be read against the notice that accompanied it.
