1. Who We Are

RyEMS is an ERP platform operated by RyEMS Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). When you submit a job application via our public portal, we act as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for personal data we collect.

2. What Data We Collect

Identity data: full name, father's name, date of birth, gender
Contact data: email address, mobile number, permanent and present address
Professional data: experience, qualification, previous employer, key skills, salary details
Uploaded documents: resume (PDF / DOC / DOCX / RTF)
Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent (for consent evidence)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We collect and process your personal data solely for recruitment and job-application processing. The legal basis is your explicit consent given at the time of application (DPDP Act § 6).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Applicant records are retained for 2 years from the date of application, after which they are permanently deleted unless you are hired. Resume files are deleted on the same schedule.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with the hiring manager at the company you applied to (as a tenant within RyEMS) and with our cloud infrastructure provider solely for hosting purposes.

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act)

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
Erasure — withdraw consent and request deletion
Grievance — raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer

7. Security

We protect your data using encryption at rest, HTTPS in transit, role-based access control, and server-side storage of uploaded files outside the public web root.
